MadLab Spring - Monday 1 May 2017 from 7 p.m.

Our spring edition of MadLab coincides with the launch of The Real Wine Month which runs throughout May to promote natural wines in the U.K.

On the evening of Monday 1st of May each section in the kitchen at Cail Bruich will be given free rein to showcase the freshest seasonal availabilities from our nation's spring larder.

Complementing the food produced by our young and creative kitchen team, we will also offer a selection of natural wines made from organic or biodynamic grapes paired to match the dishes served.

Multiple-course tasting menu with drinks pairings - £65 per person.

Graduation Dining at Cail Bruich


With the graduation season rapidly approaching thoughts turn to celebratory lunches and congratulatory dinners for graduates and their families and friends.

We are currently developing a graduation menu at Cail Bruich, 725 Great Western Road which will feature both the traditional firm favourites from our past graduation menus, alongside slightly more modish dishes, based upon fresh-from-the-market produce.

Our finalised Graduation Menus will be published on our social media feeds and website in the coming weeks.

Make the most of Sundays with our great value dining offer: 3 courses, 1/2 bottle of wine, 1/2 bottle of water and tea/coffee & petit fours for only £40 per diner. And don't forget, kids eat free* on Sundays at Cail Bruich!
